Alton Real Estate, LLC, is a working company, small, but growing. We maintain a casual atmosphere. The business is managed by the owner with help from the maintenance personnel and the office manager. The company has a small team who mostly work out of the office at the rental sites doing various jobs of cleaning, maintenance, painting, sanding floors, installations, and yard work. It takes everyone doing their part to keep things running smooth.
